Speaking today, Sinn Fein TD for Cavan-Monaghan has called on the Minister for Housing, Darragh O’Brien, to review HAP rates across the state. His comments come in light of figures which show that over 80% of those on the Housing Assistance Payment are in receipt of the maximum top-up of 20% in Cavan.
